Are you working on a document in Microsoft Word and want to remove the borderlines? It’s easy to remove border lines in Word. In this article, we’ll show you how to do it.
Step 1: Select “Design” from the menu bar
Open your document in Microsoft Word 2016. Then, click the “Design” tab on the menu bar.
Now, Click the “page borders” this will open the Page Borders dialog box.
Step 2: Borders and Shading settings
In the dialog box, select the “Borders” or “page border” you want to remove in the drop-down menu under Setting. Here i select “borders”. Then, click the “None” button.
Click the ”OK” button to close the dialog box and remove the border lines from your document.
However, in the dialog box, you can customize the borders line by clicking custom on the right side, preview click on a diagram, or using buttons to add borders. Now, click the “OK” button to close the dialog box and remove the border lines from your document.
