In order to insert a word art in google docs, follow these steps:

Open your google Docs and select the “Insert>Drawing>New” tab.

In the new Drawing dialog box, click on the “Actions>Word Art” text box that will appear on your screen. You can now type in your word or phrase.
Once you have typed in your word or phrase, you can adjust the font, size, color, and style from the toolbar.
Use “Enter” to save. Use “Shift+Enter” for multiple lines.
Now click Save “Save and Close”
